若年就業者におけるキャリア焦燥感の構造：キャリア焦燥感尺度の開発 尾野 裕美,岡田 昌毅
The purpose of this study was to develop the Career-Urgency Scale of young adult workers and to investigate its reliability and validity. In Study 1,we asked three hundred 20’s workers to answer a questionnaire on the internet,which consisted of career-urgency,cognition of synthetic of careerurgency,anxiety,and turnover intention. Based on the result of factor analysis of the Career-urgency Scale,three factors were extracted; feeling under pressure,urge to career construction,and fear of career. The internal consistency of Cronbach’s α coefficients showed that Career-urgency Scale had sufficiently high reliability. And Career-urgency Scale scores were correlated with cognition of synthetic of careerurgency,anxiety,and turnover intention. In Study 2 (N=300),as we investigated career-urgency using another sample data besides the data of the Study 1,Career-urgency Scale had high reliability. Based on these results,it was concluded that the scale is sufficiently valid for measuring career-urgency.
